The cleaning method employed is
hot water extraction (also known as "steam" cleaning) because
it is a proven fact that, professionally done, it is the absolute most
effective method of extracting soil and pollutants, sources of bacteria,
odors, and allergens from the carpet. Hot water extraction cleaning
is recommended by the leading fiber producers and carpet mills for
its cleaning efficiency. Many other carpet cleaning methods depend
heavily on the use of particulate chemicals and solvents which are
not easily extracted from the carpet, leaving behind large amounts
of residue. Hot water extraction depends mainly on hot water and high
powered vacuum extraction which removes the soil and abrasive particles
which causes carpet fiber deterioration.

All furnishings will be put back where they

We understand that we are your
guest, so we treat your home or business with care and respect. When
our technicians leave, you'll be delighted with the cleanliness, freshness
and comfort that the PRO-CARE CARPET CARE PROGRAM provides.
Step 1: Pre-Inspection Our Technician will do a walk through
inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction,
and potential permanent stains.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuum Your carpet is pre-vacuumed with an Oreck
Vacuum to remove bonded, dry soil.
Step 3: Furniture Moving Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully
moved. Larger pieces, beds and dressers are left in place under
our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with
disposable blocks and tabs.
Step 4: Pre-Spray, Pre-Spot Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated.
Step 5: Pre-Groom Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a
carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil
level) to further loosen traffic area soil.

Step 6: Extract and Rinse Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art
truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly
flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent
the carpet from being over-wet.
Step 7: Neutralize The pH is balanced on every carpet and
fabric cleaned. This is one of the most important steps according
to the manufacturers of carpet. It is accomplished during the
extract & rinse process or a post spray will be applied.
Step 8: Post Spot Treatment If any spots are not removed during cleaning
process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Potential
permanent stains, as identified by technician may not be removed.
Step 9: Post Grooming The Carpet pile is set in one direction
to aid the drying process.
Step 10: Speed Dry High velocity air movers are placed on
the carpet to lessen the drying time.
Step 11: Post Inspection Please walk through your home or business
